4th Wall Studios Booking Terms & Conditions

When booking any session at 4th Wall Studios, you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing unconditionally on behalf of the artist/band/group to abide by the 4th Wall Studios' and the premise's MCST terms and conditions as detailed below:


1) Any damage caused to studio equipment due to negligence, accident, misuse or abuse will be charged to the artist/band/individual. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and legal action. If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session, please report it to a staff member immediately.

2) After midnight, any prolonged loitering on the premises beyond allocated booking hours is prohibited due to security reasons stipulated by the premise's MCST guidelines.

3) No consumption of food or drinks allowed inside the Live Room or Mini Live Room. 

4) No smoking or any forms of pyrotechnics are allowed in the Live Room or Mini Live Room. 

5) No time extensions for bookings will be granted due to late arrivals. It is the band and its members' responsibility to plan their commute and arrive on time. Please understand that time extensions will create a snowball effect on subsequent bookings and disrupt the flow of operations of 4th Wall Studios.  


6) 4th Wall Studios reserves the right and the sole discretion to blacklist customers who refuse to abide by these Terms and Conditions, or who have repeatedly flouted these Terms and Conditions despite verbal warnings from 4th Wall Studios' staff members. 




1) Bookings that are cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the session time slot will be entitled to a full refunded. Subsequently, bookings that are cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the session time slot will be entitled to a 50% refund; while any cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will not be entitled to any refunds. 


2) Last-minute cancellations as a result of sickness/illness, testing positive for COVID or coming into a close contact with a COVID positive case will also be subject to the same Cancellation Policy in Clause 1. It is the band and its members' responsibility to take the necessary safety and health precautions in a Post-Covid world.
